What is the return notice period?

You can request for a return within 7 days from purchase date for non-sale products, and 3 days for sale products.

Please also note that:

· Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag attached and the original receipt.

· It should also be in the same brand box you received.

In general, our products can be returned only if the original label is still attached. The exceptions below apply:

- The following products cannot be returned nor refunded: Women Panties, Girl Panties, Bra Accessories, Women Tights, Girls Tights and all Socks.

- Shapewear can be exchanged only if they are still sealed in the original package.

- Swimwear bottoms can be exchanged only if the protective hygiene sticker is still on the product and if the original label is still attached.
